.3 oz Ganbei Baijiu

 

Baijiu Old Fashioned

¼ oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Ganbei Baijiu

2 dashes Bittercube Jamaican No. 2

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel, expressed and inserted

Instructions:Stir, Strain, and Garnish

 

Ganbei Tonic

¾  oz Tailormade Summer Tonic Syrup

¼ oz Lemon

¼ oz Pineapple

1 ½ oz Ganbei Baijiu

4 oz Seltzer

2 dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters

Glass: Collins

Garnish: 2x Lemon Peel, Bunny Ears

Instructions: Build in glass, Ice, Garnish

 

Bai Tai

¾ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Orgeat

¼ oz Muscovado

1 oz Orange Liqueur

1 oz Ganbei Baijiu

3 dashes Bittercube Jamaican No. 1 Bitters

1 dash Bittercube Jamaican No. 2 Bitters


Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Mint, Edible flowers

Instructions:Build in tin, shake, double strain, garnish

 

Red Envelope

1 ½ oz Cocchi Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Heirloom Alchermes Liqueur

½ oz Ganbei Baijiu

2 dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters

2 dashes Modest Bitters

Glass: Small Rocks

Garnish: Lemon peel expressed and inserted - need more. Red envelope

Instructions: Pour 2 oz batch over large rock. Garnish and serve.

¼ oz Yuzu (25 oz)

½ oz Lemon (50 oz)

½ oz Green Tea Sorghum Syrup (50 oz)

1 ¼ oz Ganbei Baijiu (125oz) = 5 btls

¾ oz Creme de Flora (75oz) = 3 btls

1 oz Ganbei Baijiu

3 oz Sparkling Brut
