Participants may only use a total of 4 ingredients for recipe 2. Ice is not considered an ingredient.
Recipes must be expressed in fluid ounces, dashes, and drops. Ounces may be divided into quarters, thirds or wholes ounces (.33oz 0.5 oz., 1 oz. etc.).
The total volume of the cocktail must be between 3 oz. and 11 oz. (including dashes and drops).
All ingredients must be safe for human consumption.

The name of your cocktail may not include any copyrighted or trademarked material or any retailer’s name, except that you may use the Ganbei Baijiu brand in the name.
The photo must have no identifying marks. This means excluding all humans, logos and other identifying markings that could indicate who made the cocktail or where the cocktail was made.
